Sandora orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations, we cant promise Same Day delivery because we buy from out side europe sometimes and its difficult to promise something like this , so please be understoodable from your side.
Depending on your location, we also offer a Free Shipping Fee for orders above 70 Euros always, so if you think to make a big order we suggest you to order over this amount to get your free shipping.
All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
ECONOMY SHIPPING VIA DHL: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within [3-5 Days] Rest of the world: delivery within [6-8 Days] - (5 Euros).
EXPRESS SHIPPING VIA DHL: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within [1-3 Days] Rest of the world: delivery within [3-5 Days] - (15 Euros).
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Sandora cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

After placing an order, which we suggest you for get more quickly your order to do payment directly with PAYPAL , you will receive an email containing all the details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2-4 business days.
Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery takes 1-7 business days after it's dispatched. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also follow its journey by heading to ‘My Orders’ in your account, or if you opted for guest checkout, you can track the status of your order.
If you order from multiple Sandora partners, please bare in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
